My Return Policy I accept returns on new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and the packaging intact.
Because Maison Citrose is a small business dedicated to reducing waste, I kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before buying. If you are unsure about a size, colour, or any detail, please send me a message at contact@maisoncitrose.com. I am always happy to help you choose the right piece and avoid the environmental impact of unnecessary shipping.
Digital downloads and any electronic files are excluded from returns.
Pre-loved & Vintage Items A big part of Maison Citrose is celebrating the history and character of pre-loved and vintage finds. Because these items have a past and are sold as seen, I cannot offer returns on them. I provide detailed photos and honest descriptions of any unique wear or marks so you know exactly what to expect.
How to Start a Return If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Get in touch: Email contact@maisoncitrose.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack it up: Carefully pack the item back into its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Ship it back: Send the parcel to the return address I provide in my reply.
As a small shop, I cannot cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for items that go missing in the post.
Refunds Once I receive and inspect your return, I will send you an email to confirm. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items I take great care in checking every item before it leaves my hands. However, if something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me straight away at contact@maisoncitrose.com so I can make it right.
Under French and EU law, you also benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In such cases, I will arrange a free return (or collection where possible), repair, replacement, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Important Notes Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items returned in a used, worn, or altered condition may not be accepted, or may only qualify for a partial refund or store credit. This policy applies to purchases made directly through maisoncitrose.com. Returns from other retailers follow their own policies.
